Ise bahut log Roshmolai ya rassomalai bhi kehte hai. Bazaar mei rasmalai bahut mahenge milte hai leking ise ghar par banana bahut sasta padta hai. iske liye hum pehle rasgulla banate hai phir usse ras mei dubo kar rasmali banate hai.

Rasmalai
10-12 pieces

Ingredients
For Rasmalai:
1-litre low-fat milk
cup of water
tsp citric acid/ calcium lactate

For sugar syrup:
1 liter or 5 cups water
300 grams or 11/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Milk to remove impurities

For Rabri:
1-litre full-fat milk
cup of sugar
2 tbsp dry fruits, chopped (almonds, pistachios)
tsp Cardamom powder
Few strands of saffron
Yellow food color

To soak Rasamalai:
2 cups of milk
Yellow food color
1 tbsp sugar, powdered
