Team gravy or no gravy - what are you?RASSA BURJIIngredients8 eggsSalt to taste3 tbsps oil2 medium onions, chopped2 green chillies, chopped1 cup fresh tomato puree½ tsp cumin powder1½ tsps coriander powder1½ tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsps meat masala2 tbsps chopped fresh corianderCoriander sprig for garnishPav for servingMethod1. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt and whisk well.2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add eggs and cook for 4-5 minutes. Transfer in a bowl and set aside.3. Heat remaining oil in the same pan. Add onions, salt and sauté till golden brown.4. Add green chillies and mix well. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till oil separates.5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, meat masala and mix well.6. Add 2 cups water and mix well. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add cooked eggs and mix well.7. Add coriander and mix well. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes more.8. Transfer in a serving bowl.
