RASSAWALA KHAMAN DHOKLAIngredients1/3 cup crushed khaman1 cup surti khaman dhokla or white dhokla, cut into small cubes2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds½ teaspoon cumin seeds¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander-cumin powder1 teaspoon grated jaggery½ teaspoon lemon juiceSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves3 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut for garnishingMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let the seeds crackle. 2. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, little water, coriander-cumin powder, jaggery, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.3. Add dhokla cubes and mix well. Add khaman and switch off heat. Mix lightly.4. Add chopped coriander and mix well.5. Transfer some of the cooked dhokla mixture in a serving bowl and top with 2 tablespoons scraped coconut. Spread remaining dhokla mixture on top and garnish with remaining coconut.
