This Rava Appam is very soft and as good as the normal traditional appam...the plus point here is that it requires hardly any time for fermentation. The batter rises up in just about 10 minutes. So let's get started and see how to make these soft Rava Apams at home.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
1&1/2 cups Rava/Semolina
3 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Sugar
Salt to taste
1 tsp instant Yeast
2 cups lukewarm Water
