This #Rava #MorKali or Rava #MorKuzhu is prepared by my mom, very lovingly and with complete tips.So, without any further ado, let's go through the recipe.Rava Mor Kuzhu/Mor KaliIngredients:Rava/Sooji - 2 cupsBeaten Curd - 2 cupsMor Milagai or sun-dried chilles (optional)Til oil - 5 or 6 tbsps Mustard - 1 TSPUrad dal - 1 TSPChanna dal - 1 TSP Chopped green chillies - as reqdGrated ginger - as reqdAsafoetida - ½ tspSalt - as reqdMethod:In a big bowl, mix the Rava and curd togetherNow, add water till a thin dosa-like batter is attainedAdd salt to tasteHeat oil in a big panFry the Mor Milagai or sun-dried chillies till goldenKeep the fried Mor Milagai asideAdd more oil to the pan and heatSplutter mustard seedsAdd asafoetidaNow, add the Dals and fry till goldenAdd the chopped green chillies and gingerAdd curry leaves and sauteNow add the Rava Curd mixture into the panKeep stirring everything together over a medium flame till non stickyQuickly add the fried Mor Milagai and mix wellTransfer to a greased plate and level out evenlyAllow to come to room temperatureCut as desired and serve with Idli powder
