सामग्री:
1 कप सूजी / सूजी
1 कप दही
1 चम्मच तेल
कटा हुआ अदरक का ch इंच का टुकड़ा
2 हरी मिर्च का टुकड़ा
चुटकी भर हल्दी
नमक स्वादअनुसार
¾ छोटा चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा / Eno

तड़के के लिए:
11/2 चम्मच तेल
1/2 छोटा चम्मच पीली सरसों के बीज
कुछ करी पत्तों की टहनी
2 हरी मिर्च के टुकड़े
ताजा कटा हरा धनिया

Ingredients:
1 cup semolina/suji
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp oil
½ inch piece of chopped ginger
2 piece of green chilly
Pinch of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
¾ tsp baking Soda/Eno

For tempering:
11/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp yellow mustard seed
Few sprigs of curry leaves
2 pieces of green chilly (slit lengthwise)
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
