Store, make and eat, it’s so simple and yummy!RAWA DOSA PRE-MIXIngredients1½ cups semolina (rawa)¾ cup rice flour¼ cup + 2 tbsps refined flour (maida)¾ tsp dried ginger granules¾ tsp cumin seeds¾ tsp crushed black peppercorns4tsps salt18 cashewnuts, roughly choppedGhee for drizzlingSambhar to serveCoconut chutney to serveMethod1. In a large bowl, add semolina, rice flour, refined flour, dried ginger, cumin seeds and crushed black peppercorns and salt.2. Coarsely crush cashew nuts roughly chopped in a mortar and pestle. Add the crushed cashew nuts into the semolina mixture. Whisk till well combined. 3. Transfer the prepared rawa dosa pre-mix into an airtight container and store upto 6-8 days.4. For making rawa dosa, take 1 cup prepared mixture and 3 cups water, whisk well and set aside for 10 minutes.5. Heat a non-stick tawa, drizzle a little ghee on it and grease with tissue paper. Pour a ladle of the mixture and spread it evenly. Drizzle a little ghee and cook till the base turns golden brown.6. Fold in half and transfer on a serving plate.
