PEAR MANGO DATE BANANA
CELERY KALE & CINNAMON
SMOOTHIE RECIPE


* I n g r e d i e n t s *

1 PEAR (use a MELON BALLER to remove the seeds http://MELON-BALLERS.life-regenerator.com )

1 MANGO, cut and peeled (use a MANGO SPLITTER if necessary http://MANGO-SPLITTER.life-regenerator.com )

1 DATE, with seed removed!!!

1 BANANA, broken into chunks

3 stalks CELERY, chopped

6 leaves KALE, chopped

1/2 -- 1 cup SPRING WATER

1 teaspoon CINNAMON

* P r e p *

1) Use a MELON BALLER to remove the seeds from the PEAR http://MELON-BALLERS.life-regenerator.com

2) If you are NOT using a high power blender like the one I use, which is a Vita-mix http://BLENDERS.life-regenerator.com then be sure to cut up everything you add to the blender into much smaller chunks, and be extra aware of adding the juicier ingredients to your blender first, such as the pear and mango.

3) Toss the PEAR, MANGO, DATE, BANANA, CELERY, KALE, SPRING WATER & CINNAMON into your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you: http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

4) Blend at high speed until desired consistency is reached, serve, and enjoy!
