Chunda is a delicious, sweet and slightly sour pickle made in summer. Our chef Archana brings you the quick and easy recipe of Raw Mango Chunda / Aam Ka Chunda.

Ingredients:

2 Raw Mangoes, peeled & grated
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Jaggery
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
Salt to taste

साहित्य:

२ कैर्या, सालं काढुन किसलेल्या
१ कप साखर
१ कप गुळ
१ tsp लाल मिरची पावडर
१ tsp जिरं पावडर
मीठ

Method:

- In a pan, add grated raw mango, sugar & jaggery. Mix everything well till the sugar and jaggery melt.
- Then add the red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder & salt. Mix everything well. Let it come to a boil and turn off the flame. Chunda will thicken when it cools down.
- Raw Mango Chunda is ready.
