Now lets make the Curry start with roasting the Coriander Seeds till the color changes to little dark or golden for a about 30 seconds then keep it outside, now add Dry Red Chillies and roast for a minute and keep it with Coriander Seeds. Heat up the Oil, with Raw Rice, Fenugreek Seeds, Split Black Gram Lentils saute this for a minute.After a minute remove and keep it with Coriander seeds & Dry red chillies. Now grind all the spices with Coconut (grated), keep adding the water to make the fine paste. Now Heat up the Coconut Oil in the Kadai with Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves and then add Raw mango to the Kadai. Saute this for few seconds (as shown in the video) now add the paste with the all the ingredients add cup of water, then put Coconut Milk stir it a bit and then cover with the lid.
