Soak Tamarind in water for 20 min, then remove the juice in a bowl.2. Roast green chillies on the flame till it changes its colour.3. Crush green chillies with your hand add onions and salt to it.4. Add mashed green chillies, onion and salt mixture to tamarind juice.5. For tempering take a pan add oil,mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies dried,curry leaves once it is done add the mixture to Tamarind juice.6.
