Ingredients:
Curry Broth-
1.Coconut water and coconut meat
2.Red Chili flakes
3.Turmeric
4.Garlic
5.Cumin
6.Onions
7.Coriander
8.Rice Vinegar
9.Coconut curry powder or curry powder of your choice.
10.Lime juice
11.Dates
12.Water
13.Pepper and salt

Pick veggies of your choice I used what I had in my fridge..

Rice:
Cauliflower with coconut curry powder to the raw version.
Basmati rice for the cooked version.
