1.Garbanzo beans (replace with hemp seeds and sesame seeds for raw version).

5.Coriander

7.Salt and pepper
8.Paprika
9.Onion powder
10.Red Flakes
11.Water

Guacamole
1.Avocado
2.Tomatoes
3.Green onions
4.Jalapeo
5.Salt and pepper
6.Lime or lemon
7.Cilantro

Zucchini seasoned with paprika, lime and cumin (Grill zucchini for cooked version). Use veggies of your choice.
