A simple yet delicious recipe that is very common in Maharashtrian households.RAWAN PITLEIngredients1 cup gram flour (besan)¼ cup oil1 tsp mustard seeds3-4 green chillies, chopped10-15 curry leavesSalt to taste1 tbsp red chilli powder1 tsp turmeric powder2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesRice bhakris to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.2. Add green chillies and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and salt, mix and cook till golden.3. Add red chilli powder and sauté for a minute. Add turmeric powder, mix and cook for 1 minute.4. Add gram flour and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add 2-3 cups water, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. 5.
