Watch this video to learn how to make this exciting coastal fish recipe that will surely get your mouth watering RAWAS AMBAT TIKHATIngredients250 grams Indian salmon (rawas), cut into medium pieces4-5 kokum petals4-5 dried red chillies + for garnishingSalt to taste¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste½ cup fresh scraped coconut4-5 black peppercorns1 teaspoon coriander seeds 1 teaspoon minced garlic2 tablespoons oil1 medium onion, chopped½ cup coconut milkMethod1. Take fish in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and set aside to marinate. 2. Grind together coconut, chillies, peppercorns, coriander seeds and garlic with little water into a fine paste.3. Soak kokum in some water.4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till golden. Add prepared paste, mix well and sauté for a minute. Add some water, mix and bring to a boil. 5. Add marinated fish, mix lightly and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coconut milk and stir to mix. Add kokum and simmer for 2-3 minutes. 6.
