Coat zucchini with powder mix. Dehydrate coated zucchini for about four hours or until desired crunchiness. Dipping sauce:1/2 or 3/4 cup water5 pitted medjool dates2 cloves garlic and a chili pepperBlend well in high speed blender.Then stir in 1 tbsp coconut nectar, 2 tbsp chia seeds and for decor, 1 tsp dried chives and a bit of chopped hot pepper if desired.Let sauce sit for an hour or until zucchini is ready.Serve, dip and enjoy!
