GARLIC GINGER DILL DIP for "veggies & dip"
OR...
GARLIC GINGER DILL SALAD DRESSING for a leafy green salad





* I n g r e d i e n t s *

2 cups RAW ALMONDS
If you have time, ideally: 2 cups Germinated/Sprouted REALLY RAW ALMONDS* (to germinate & sprout them, first soak them in water for 24 hours, rinsing them and changing the water every 8-12 hours...then STRAIN the water away before using them in this recipe)

1 THAI YOUNG COCONUT
(1 YOUNG COCONUT MEAT
+ 1 YOUNG COCONUT WATER)


4 cloves GARLIC


2-3 in. piece GINGER ROOT


4 DATES


1 tablespoon DILL (fresh or dried)


OPTIONAL: a HOT PEPPER and/or some SEA SALT http://SALT.life-regenerator.com


Assorted VEGGIES / VEGETABLES of your choosing if making this recipe to be a DIP for veggies (I used CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI, ZUCCHINI / COURGETTES, CARROTS & RED PEPPERS)
OR
A LEAFY GREEN SALAD of your choosing if making this recipe to be a salad DRESSING




* P r e p *

1) Open the THAI YOUNG COCONUT so that you can get to the coconut water & the coconut meatwatch this vid if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j . First pour the young coconut water aside, then scoop out the coconut meat with a large spoon.

2) Add the RAW ALMONDS, THAI YOUNG COCONUT WATER, THAI YOUNG COCONUT MEAT, GARLIC, GINGER, DATES & DILL to your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you: http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

3) Blend at high speed until desired consistency is reached (you may also add additional optional ingredients such as a HOT PEPPER and/or SEA SALT http://SALT.life-regenerator.com )

4) Serve with VEGGIES as a DIP for "veggies & dip"

Serve as a SALAD DRESSING over a hearty LEAFY GREEN SALAD!
