Ingredients
• Ghee-2 Tablespoons
• Red Pumpkin-150gms
• Dry Fruits-20gms
• Elaichi Powder-1 Tsp
• Condensed Milk-2Tablespoon
• Rock Salt-To Taste
• Milk-20ml

Method
• Heat Ghee, add grated red pumpkin and sauté till the water is dried out.
• Add dry fruits, Elaichi powder, Condensed milk, rock salt & milk.
• Cook till the mixture has dried up to give a nice texture and consistency to the Halwa.
