Red Velvet Cake Recipe

I made this cake in honor of Valentines day.....this Cake is vey tender and moist and it is covered with Ermine icing (white Flour frosting) which serves as a good compliment to the bright red color of the Cake.

Definitely, this is not an everyday cake especially for our weight watchers but if you are like me, occasional luxury is not a bad idea. What do you think?
