Without Oven | Eggless Red Velvet Marble Cake | Soft, Spongy and Moist Cake

Moist Red Velvet Marble Cake recipe makes a marble cake that looks as good as it tastes. It is very easy to make and it is very beautiful. This cake needs very few ingredients and comes out so spongy and fluffy. It’s a perfect Valentine’s Day dessert.

A marble cake is a cake that has a light and a dark batter swirled together. Chocolate and vanilla are the most common pairing, but this cake swirls red velvet and vanilla cake batters together. The texture is dense, moist, and has a fine crumb. 

~Ingredients~

Cake tin used is of 6" diameter

Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Maida or refined flour - 1 cup
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp + 2 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Edible Red Gel Colour - 2 to 3 drops

Measurement Cup & Spoons
1 cup - 240 ml
1 tbsp - 15 ml
1 tsp - 5 ml
tbsp - tablespoon
tsp - teaspoon
