Mango Pulissery Ingredients:-
For Cooking:
8 Tiny Ripe Mangoes (peeled)
1 Sprig of Curry Leaves
4-5 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Jaggery Powder
tsp Red Chilli Powder
tsp Turmeric Powder
tsp Salt
2 cups Water

Making Coconut Chutney:
cup Coconut (grated)
2 Dried Red Chillies
1 Shallot (chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
tsp Fenugreek Seeds
tsp Turmeric Powder
tsp Cumin Seeds
Water

For Cooking:
1 cup Water
cup Curd

For Tempering
1 tbsp Oil
tsp Fenugreek Seeds
Mustard Seeds
tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Shallot (sliced)
1 sprig of Curry Leaves
