In a bowl add potatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, yogurt, green coriander, ginger garlic paste and marinate the potatoes for 20 mins.Directions for Onion Pasta Preparation:2. In a pan heat oil and onion, cook until translucent, add green chilies and cook for a minute.3. Now transfer into blender and blend it well into smooth paste. Set aside.Directions for Reshmi Aloo Masala Preparation:4. In a pan heat oil and add black cardamom, cinnamon stick, star anise and cook for 1 minute.5. Now add onion paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.6. Add marinated potatoes and mix it well. Now add lemon juice, dried fenugreek, chaat masala and cook for 3-4 mins.7. Add water and cover and cook until potatoes are done.8. Add cream and mix it well. Turn off the flame, place an aluminum cup in the center, place heated coal piece in it and drizzle oil.
