‎Ingredients for Vegetable Fried Rice
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
50 gm Cabbage
50 gm cauliflower
1 boiled carrot
50 gm boiled Pease beans
1 Green capsicum
300 gm guard rice
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP White Chili Powder
1 TBSP Chicken Powder
20 gm Green Onions
yellow food color (As Needed)
Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
2 TBSP Cooking Oil
50 gm Cabbage
1 Boiled Carrot
1 Green Capsicum
300 gm Guard Rice
Salt (As Needed)
1 TSP White Chili Powder
1 & ½ TBSP Chicken Powder
10 gm Green Onions
1 egg
Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice:
100 gm chicken
300 gm guard rice
1 carrot
1 Green Capsicum
100 gm cabbage
chicken powder (As Needed)
Salt (As Needed)
White pepper Powder (As Needed)
Instructions for vegetable fried rice:
1. First of all, add water in a bowl, then add rice and soak them in water for 22-25 Minutes, then boil these rice by adding cooking oil, vinegar & salt
2. In a pan, add cooking oil, boiled cabbage, boiled cauliflower, boiled carrot, boiled Pease beans, green capsicum and cook it for a while, Now add boiled guard rice, food color and cook it 3-4 minutes
