Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Hummus:
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled 1 & Cup
-Tahini paste 3 tbs
-Olive oil Cup
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Ice cubes 2
-Olive oil
-Paprika powder
-Fresh parsley chopped
Prepare Chicken Steak:
-Tikka masala 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) tsp
-Dried oregano tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder tsp
-Dried parsley tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Chicken fillet 1
-Olive oil 2-3 tbs
Prepare Chickpea Salad:
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped Cup
-Kheera (Cucumber) chopped Cup
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) boiled Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Iceberg shredded
-Black olives
-Feta cheese cubes
-Pita bread toasted

Directions:
Prepare Hummus:
-In blender jug,add chickpeas,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,garlic powder,salt,cumin powder,ice cubes & blend well until smooth consistency.
-Take out in a bowl,drizzle olive oil,sprinkle paprika powder,garnish with fresh parsley & chickpeas.
Prepare Chicken Steak:
-In a bowl,add tikka masala,garlic powder,dried oregano,salt,paprika powder,dried parsley,lemon juice & mix well.
-Add chicken fillet & mix well.
-In a cast iron pan,add olive oil,seasoned fillet & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Flip & cook other side on low flame until done (5-6 minutes).
-Let it rest for few minutes then cut into slices.
Prepare Chickpea Salad:
-In a bowl,add tomato,cucumber,chickpeas,fresh parsley,mix well & set aside.
Assembling:
-Serve prepared hummus with iceberg,black olives,feta cheese,prepared chicken salad,prepared chickpea steak,pita bread & serve!

-Blender jug mein safed chanay,tahini paste,olive oil,lemon juice,lehsan powder,namak,zeera powder aur ice cubes dal dein aur smooth consistency anay tak ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,olive oil,paprika powder,fresh parsley aur safed chanay sa garnish ker lein
Prepare Chicken Steak:
-Bowl mein tikka masala,lehsan powder,dried oregano,namak,paprika powder,dried parsley aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillet dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cast iron pan mein olive oil aur seasoned fillet dal ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Flip karein aur dosri side ko halki ancch per paka lein (5-6 minutes).
-Few minutes kliya rest dein phir slices mein cut ker lein.
Prepare Chickpea Salad:
-Bowl mein tamatar,kheera,safed chanay aur fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Tayyar hummus ko iceberg,black olives,feta cheese,tayyar chicken salad,tayyar chickpea steak & pita bread ka saath serve karein!
