chicken mince(keema) half kg
salt 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste half tbsp

green coriander 2 tbsp
dry crushed coriander 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
red chilli flakes half tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
ghee 1 tbsp
baking soda 1/4 tsp optional
roasted flour or gram flour or chickpeas powder 1 tbsp

For curry
oil hslf cup
onions 1 large
toamtoes 2 medium
cumin half tbsp
red chillies whole 4-5
ginger garlic paste half tbsp
salt 1 tsp or to taste
re chilli half tbsp
kashmiri red chili 1 tbsp
cumin crushed half tbsp
coriander crushed 1 tbsp
turmeric half tbsp
garam masala half tbsp

for parathas
wheat flour or maida half kg
salt to taste
oil half tbsp
water as required
oil for frying
ghee for layering
kasuri methi 1 tsp
