Ribbon Pakodi & Onion Pakodi
INGREDIENTS:
Ribbon Pakodi:
Rice Flour - 3 cup
Chickpea Flour - 1 Cup
Salt - As Per Taste
Hing - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oil - As required
Water - As required
Onion Pakodi
Chickpea flour - 4 tsp
Rice flour - ½ cup
Salt - As Per Taste
Oil - As required
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green chillies - 4 nos.
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS:
To make Ribbon Pakodi:

Take rice flour in a pan, add chickpea flour, salt,hing, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder mix it well and add hot oil, water mix it and make a dough.

Heat oil in a pan, squeeze the dough, put the ribbon pakodis deep fry till golden color.

To make Onion Pakodi:

Take a bowl, add crushed ginger, garlic, green chillies, and add curry leaves, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, onion slices, water mix it well.

Deep fry into the hot oil and transfer into a plate.

Crispy and crunchy evening snack Ribbon Pakodi & Onion Pakodi recipe ready to serve.
