Written Recipe: https://ln.run/AQqLAServes 2Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Chai ki patti (Tea leaves) 2-3 tbs-Gurr (Jaggery) 4 tbs or to taste -Water 1-2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 CupsDirections:-In a saucepan,add tea leaves & roast tea leaves on low flame for 1-2 minutes.-Add jaggery,mix well & cook on low flame until jaggery melts (2-3 minutes). -Add water & mix well.-Add milk & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until desired color.-Strain & serve hot!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Chai ki patti (Tea leaves) 2-3 tbs-Gurr (Jaggery) 4 tbs or to taste -Water 1-2 tbs-Doodh (Milk) 2-3 CupsDirections:-Saucepan mein chai ki patti dal ker halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya roast ker lein.-Gurr dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per gurr melt ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Doodh dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad desired color ajanay tak paka lein.-Strain ker ka garam serve karein!
