Roots Cultivate 2018

Carrot cotton candy. Beet charcuterie. A fire breathing chef. A big top tent. Carnival games. Two cheetahs. A bouncy house. It might sound like a circus, bit its just a few of the memorable moments at Roots Cultivate 2018. Chefs and an array of food industry professionals experienced two days of inspiration, education, comradery, food and plenty of laughter. Two days of abundant rain didnt dampen the spirit of the event or deep dives into the topics, issues and struggles facing our industry. Lively panel discussions and an inspiring message from keynote speaker Andrew Zimmern set the stage for an unforgettable gathering of forward-thinking, like-minded individuals dedicated to being caretakers of the food future. Guests ate, drank and were merry during an evening taste-around featuring dishes from 16 chefs who all put their best plates forward. Thanks for making it the best Roots ever!
