Roti Triangles/Samosa Recipe by Food Fusion

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare BBQ Chicken:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 4 tbs
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) tbs
-Paprika powder tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Boneless chicken cubes 400g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Bbq sauce Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) diced Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated Cup
Assembling:
-Roti or Chapati preferably use soft, thin & medium size roti
-Mayonnaise

Directions:
Prepare BBQ Chicken:
-In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic paste,paprika powder,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed & whisk well.
-Add chicken & mix well.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add bbq sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Take out in a bowl,add onion,capsicum,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
Assembling:
-Cut chapati or roti in half.
-On one side,add mayonnaise,prepared bbq chicken & fold it into a triangle shape (makes 6).
-Grease preheated panini press with cooking oil,place roti triangles & grill at 180C for 4-5 minutes (use panini press or frying pan).
-Serve with tomato ketchup.

-Bowl mein dahi,lehsan paste,paprika powder,namak,zeera aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein nikal lein,pyaz,shimla mirch,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
-Chapati or roti ko half mein cut ker lein.
-Ek side per mayonnaise & tayyar bbq chicken dal dein aur triangle shapemein fold ker lein (makes 6).
-Preheated panini grill ko cooking oil sa grease karein,roti triangles rakh dein & 180C per 4-5 minutes kliya grill ker lein (use panini press or frying pan).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
