Hyderabadi Double ka Meetha

Ingredients for Fried Bread:
Bread slices as required
Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:
Water 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Green cardamoms 3-4

Ingredients for Milk Mixture:
NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk 1 liter
Saffron 1 pinch
Khoya 1/2 cup
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 1 pack

Ingredients for Assembling:
Fried bread cubes
Sugar syrup
Milk mixture
Dry fruits (chopped) as required
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream as required
Silver paper as required

Directions for Fried Bread Preparation:
1. Take bread slices and remove the edges. Cut the bread into cubes.
2. In a pan heat oil and add bread cubes. Fry them until they are crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
Directions for Sugar Syrup Preparation:
3. In a pot heat water and add sugar, green cardamoms. Cook until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Directions for Milk Mixture Preparation:
4. In a pot heat NESTL MILKPAK Full Cream Milk, saffron, khoya and cook until milk reduces in quantity.
5. Turn off the flame and add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream. Mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
6. In a pot add sugar syrup, bread cubes and soak them well.
7. Now add milk mixture and cook for 1-2 mins.
8. Dish them out and drizzle NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream on top. Garnish with dry fruits and silver paper. Serve and enjoy.
