Method: Take buttermilk in a big bowl and break open to eggs in it, and mix them properly. Add sugar, flour, salt, and baking soda and mix them properly. Take frying pan on a high flame and take spoonful of batter and make small medallions of them. Cook it on both sides till they are golden brown.SyrnikiIngredients500g cottage cheese / 4 cups 2 eggs 2tbsp sugar / 30 gm1tsp vanilla / 5 ml3tbsp flour / 45 gm saltMethod: Take cottage cheese in a big bowl and add 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla, flour and salt in it and mix it properly and make small patties out of them by rolling it into some flour. Take a frying pan on a medium heat, Take good amount of oil and cook them on both sides till they are golden brown. Redcurrent JamIngredients Red currents : 1 cupSugar : 1 cupWaterMethod: On a high flame, put red currents and sugar for cooking in a sauce pan, add water and mix them well. Take them off the flame and mash the red currents and strain the mixture and out it back on the heat and let it cook till the mixture comes till 105 degrees.
