Rustic Braised Pork Tenderloin with Prunes and Apple Jus

Very tender pork tenderloin recipe with prunes and a reduction of apple jus. This will make your kitchen smell incredible so watch out. A rustic style of cuisine that's all about the flavour. The pork is slow cooked with prunes and absorbs all the infused vegetable flavours, topped with a jus, it's amazing. If you prefer a thicker gravy, just thicken with a little flour. If you're using a bought salty stock, there's no need to season the reduction, if using fresh stock then add salt and pepper. Serve with potatoes or even pasta for an amazing meal.
