With the goodness of sago and coconuts, try this amazing laddoo to add charm to your festivities.SABUDANA COCONUT LADDOOIngredients2 cups sago (sabudana)1 cup desiccated coconut2 tbsps ghee8-10 cashew nuts, roughly chopped½ tsp green cardamom powder¼ tsp nutmeg (jaiphal) powder1½ cups powdered sugar ½ cup melted gheeMethod1. Dry roast sago in a non-stick pan on medium heat till it turns golden brown. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly. 2. Dry roast the desiccated coconut till it turns light golden in the same pan. Transfer on a large plate and allow to cool completely.3. Heat 2 tbsps ghee in the same pan. Add cashew nuts and roast till it turns golden.4. Put the cooled roasted sago in a blender jar and blend to a fine powder. Transfer this on to the same large plate. Add the roasted cashew nuts, green cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well.5. Add the melted ghee and mix well.6. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into balls.7.
