Sabudana Kele Ki Kheer by Chef Harpal Singh

Kheer is made of many types. There are also different flavors. You have made sago kheer several times. But have you ever made bananas and sago tasty kheer? If not, then know the great way to make it.
Sabudana Kheer is tasty and nutritious Indian pudding made of sago pearls and flavored with green cardamom. Prepare this tasty Sabudana & Banana Kheer during the occasion of Janmashtami.

Ingredient Quantity
Milk 2½ Cup
Banana 2 no.
Sago (Sabudana) Soaked 1 Cup
Sugar ½ Cup
Green Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Almond chopped 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan.

2. Slice bananas and add to the milk.

3. Add sago, mix well and cook for 1 min.

4. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 3-4 min.

5. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Simmer for
another 2-3 min.

6. Heat ghee in another non-stick pan; add almonds and raisins
and sauté for 2-3 min.

7. Add the sautéed nuts into the kheer and mix well.

8. Transfer kheer in serving bowl and keep it aside to cool at
room temperature.

9. Serve Cold.
