Prepare this tasty Sabudana & Banana Kheer during the occasion of Janmashtami.Ingredient QuantityMilk 2½ CupBanana 2 no.Sago (Sabudana) Soaked 1 Cup Sugar ½ CupGreen Cardamom powder 1 tspGhee 1 tbspAlmond chopped 2 tbspRaisins 1 tbspMethod:1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan.2. Slice bananas and add to the milk.3. Add sago, mix well and cook for 1 min.4. Add sugar, mix well and cook for 3-4 min. 5. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Simmer for another 2-3 min.6. Heat ghee in another non-stick pan; add almonds and raisins and sauté for 2-3 min.7. Add the sautéed nuts into the kheer and mix well.8. Transfer kheer in serving bowl and keep it aside to cool at room temperature.9.
