sabudana mango kheer, mango sago desert, sabu mango recipe, tapioca pudding with coconut & mango, sabudana mango recipe,#SagoMangoRecipe #MangoKheer #SagoRecipe #SabudanaKheer Ingredients for dessert of sago pearls and mango Sago pearls - ¾ cup (125 grams)Mango pulp - 1 cup Chopped mango - 1 Fresh coconut (grated) - ½ cup Sugar - ½ cup Milk - 1 litre Pistachios - for garnishing Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp How to make dessert of sago pearls and mango 1- Soak a ¾ cup of sago pearls in the water for an hour. 2- Boil a litre of milk in a vessel and stir it in between of process too. 3- Add the soaked sago pearls to it after removing the water from it. 4- Stir and cook it until the sago pearls becomes transparent. 5- After cooking it for 15 minutes, add a ½ cup freshly grated coconut and a 1/2 cup of sugar to it. 6- Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame. 7- Extract a cup of mango pulp and add it to the dessert. 8- Add a 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder to it and cook it for a while on high flame.9- Remove it from the stove and let it cool down.10- Add some chopped mangoes to it and mix well. 11- Pour the dessert in a serving bowl and serve it. Serving1- Store it in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving it. 2- Garnish it with chopped pistachios and mangoes before serving it.
