1 cup sago pearls/sabudana soaked
1.5-2 cups boiled mashed potatoes
salt to taste
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp lime juice
some fresh coriander
1/4 cup roasted peanuts coarsly crushed
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
oil for brushing
