Sabudana Vada are simple and easy deep fried dumplings which are generally consumed during fasting days. They come out quite crunch and are very tasty.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Sabudana/Sagopearls soaked in 2 cups water
3-4 boiled & grated potatoes
Salt to taste
1/4 cup roasted & crushed peanuts
1 tsp chopped/grated ginger
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
Some fresh coriander
2 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tsp powdered sugar
Oil for frying
