Saffron Rice Recipe

Saffron is a super-healthy spice. It is richer in Vitamin B compared to other spices. Today, Auntie Saniye is explaining how we can make a delicious saffron rice pilaf. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of rice
1 tablespoon of oil
2 1/2 cups of hot water
Some salt
1 cup of chickpeas
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of saffron
