Sambal Fried Rice

Quick Asian fried rice using ready-made Sambal Chilli together with shredded chicken, shrimp, imitation crab stick, egg and cooked rice which can be easily done in 15 minutes or less.

Ingredients
2 portion of chilled cooked rice
1 cup shredded chicken meat, either poached or roasted
4 imitation crabstick, diced
3 medium shrimp, shell and vein removed then cut into cubes
2 clove garlic, minced
3 shallot, sliced
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
1-2 tablespoons sambal chilli
