Chatpata aloo masala :
Oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Amchoor powder - 2 tbsp
Garam masal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chilies - 2 tsp
Boiled potatoes - 2 cups grated
Coriander leaves

Pizza base - cut in circles/squares/triangles
Sweet curd (Curd sieved and sugar, salt mixed)
Tamarind chutney
Coriander chutney
Nylon sev
Coriander leaves
Pomegranate

Flavourful Tips :
bake in@oven @ 180* for 15-20 mins
or Air-fry @180* for 8 mins
till pizza base is crisp & golden brown
