SANGRIA POPSICLES - (Serves - 4)Ingredients1½ cups red wine2 tablespoons castor sugar6-8 strawberries, chopped2-4 fresh mint sprigs1 cup pomegranate juiceMethod1. Heat red wine in a non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, mix and cook till it melts.2. Put some strawberries in a popsicle mould tray.3. Remove pan from heat, add torn mint sprigs and mix. Add pomegranate juice and mix. 4. Pour the mixture into the popsicle mould tray, cover and freeze for 5-6 hours.5. Demould and serve immediately.
