Saragva Sing Ni Kadhi (Drumsticks Curry) By Toral || Toral's Pakhshala | India Food Network

Ingredients:

· 100 gm Drumstick
· 10 gm Gram Flour
· 200 gm Yoghurt
· 1 tbsp. Ghee/Oil
· ½ tbsp. Chili-Ginger Paste
· 7-8 Curry Leaves
·1 tbsp. Jaggery
· ½ tsp. Cumin
· 4-5 Cloves
· 1 Cinnamon
· Water as needed
· Salt to taste
· Coriander for garnishing

Method:

1.Mix the yoghurt, gram flour and dry spices in a bowl. Add some water and beat it until it reaches an even, liquid consistency.
2.Steam the drumsticks.
3.Heat the oil and cumin in a pan until it crackles.
4.Pour the batter, salt and jaggery into the pan.
5.Add the drumsticks to the pan and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

Garnish with coriander.
