Try this easy combo and enjoy at home!SATTU KI PURIIngredients1 cup sattu1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)2 tbsps semolinaSalt to taste2 tsps oil + for deep frying½ tsp red chilli powder1 tsp ginger-garlic paste2 green chillies, chopped1 small onion, chopped2-3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tsp lemon pickle paste1 tbsp mustard oilYogurt for servingMethod1. Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add semolina, salt, 2 tsps oil, ½ cup water and knead to stiff dough. Cover with a moist muslin cloth and set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Take sattu in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, onion, coriander leaves, lemon pickle paste and mustard oil and mix well.3. Add ¼ cup water and mix well.4. Divide dough into 8equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each ball and roll into thick disk. Place a portion of stuffing, gather the edges and seal properly. Flatten and roll again into a thin disk.5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Slide the puris in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and puffed. Drain on absorbent paper.6.
