Sausage Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients for Crispy Potatoes:
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Potatoes (cubes) 1 cup
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Sausage and Vegetable Skillet:
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage 720 g (10-12)
Cooked Potatoes
Red capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Green capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Zucchini (sliced) 1 cup
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a skillet. Add the potatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Take out of skillet and set aside.
2. In the same pan heat oil and butter and saute garlic for a minute. Add onion and cook for another minute.
3. Add the green capsicum, red capsicum, zucchini in the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika and mix well.
5. Thaw K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage as per instructions on pack.
6. Take the K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage and cut them into slices.
7. Add the sliced K&N’s Frankfurter Sausage in vegetable skillet, stir the potatoes back in and continue cooking for another minute or two.
8. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
9. Your Sausage and Vegetable Skillet is ready.
