Very cute and gorgeous idea for your party appetizer! --------------------------------- Scallop Roses Difficulty: Very Easy Time: 3min Number of servings: 4 pieces Ingredients: 4 jumbo sea scallops sashimi 4 thinly sliced prosciutto Taberu La-Yu (Edible La-Yu) Directions: 1. Cut thinly sliced prosciutto lengthwise and make 2-3 strips. 2. Wrap each scallop with 2-3 strips of prosciutto, like a rose. 3.
