A wholesome recipe of sizzler for the seafood lovers. Watch the video to know how to make it.SEAFOOD SIZZLERIngredients½ cup medium prawns, shelled and deveined2 medium squid, cut into rings200 grams boneless fish fillet, cut into 1 inch pieces2 cups cooked basmati rice 5 tablespoons butter2½ tablespoons chopped garlic5 tablespoons finely chopped onions3 teaspoons red chilli flakesBlack pepper powder to tasteSalt to taste1 medium carrot, blanched and cut into battons8-10 French beans, blanched and diagonally sliced¼ cup green peas, blanched7-8 broccoli florets, blanched2 teaspoons dried herbs3-4 cabbage leaves2 tablespoons red chilli sauce1 tablespoon tomato ketchup2 tablespoons vegetable stockFried French fries for serving Method1. Heat a sizzler plate.2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick pan. Add ½ tablespoon chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 3. Add 2 tablespoons chopped onions and 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes, mix well and sauté for 30 seconds. Add rice, pepper powder and salt, and toss to mix. Sprinkle some water, toss to mix, cover and cook for a minute. Transfer in a bowl.4. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in another non-stick pan. Add carrot, French beans, green peas, broccoli, salt and pepper powder and toss to mix. Transfer in a bowl.5. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in another non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon chopped onion, ½ tablespoon chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon dried herbs, ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes and prawns and toss to mix on high heat. Transfer in a bowl.6. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in another non-stick pan. Add 1 tablespoon chopped onion, ½ tablespoon chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes, ½ teaspoon dried herbs, squids, salt and pepper powder, toss to mix and cook till the squids are done. Transfer in a bowl.7. Place cabbage leaves over hot sizzler plate. 8. Heat remaining butter in a non-stick pan. Add ½ tablespoon chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, ½ teaspoon red chilli flakes, ½ teaspoon dried herbs, fish, salt and pepper powder, toss to mix and cook till fully done. Transfer the fish on a plate reserving the cooking liquid in a bowl.9. To prepare sauce, heat another non-stick pan. Add remaining garlic, remaining onion, remaining dried herbs and remaining chilli flakes and sauté for a minute. Add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, reserved fish stock and vegetable stock, mix and bring to boil.10. Put prepared rice on one side of the sizzler plate. Put vegetables, prawns, squids, fish and fries on the other side.
