Seeded vs Seedless Fruit Showdown!

Ever found yourself in the great debate of seeded vs. seedless fruit?

First off, lets clear up a big myth: seedless fruits like grapes and watermelon are NOT GMO! up to the most current information I can find, there are no seedless GMO fruits on the market today

These tasty treats use selective breeding and cross-breeding to be seed-free, making snacking (and blending) so much easier.
Who loves a smoothie with the crunch of surprise seeds?

Some people say seeded fruits are way more nutritious; heres the catch thats only partly true for some nutrients if you really chew up and eat ALL the seeds. Lets be real: chewing up all those seeds isnt fun and can be tough on your digestion. So, unless youre into eating bitter seeds like a parrot , youre not missing out on much!

I personally prefer seedless grapes to snack on and for most recipes But hey, if you love seeded fruits, go for it!

My main point is that making seedless fruit out to be bad or dangerous is unfounded and, in my opinion, its a disservice to create fear and or lead people to feel bad for eating healthy and delicious fruit

Lets enjoy our fruit, seedless or not, without the unnecessary drama!
