Quiak and easy nastha made with vermicelli and potato. quick, easy non fried breakfast recipe to make at home.Ingredients:
Boiled vermicelli or semiyan: 1 cup
Gram flour or besan: 6 tbsp
Boiled mashed potatoes: 2 medium size
Peanuts crushed: 1/4 cup ( raw or roasted anything will work)
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tsp
Dry mango or amchur powder: 1 tsp
Fine chopped red chilly: 2
Fine chopped coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
