Sesame Chicken Ingredients:
4 lb chicken with bones
2 egg whites
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp chinese five spice powder
6 garlic cloves
2 inches piece of ginger
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 bunch scallion
2 tbsp chinese rice wine
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sesame oil

Sauce:
1/2 cup light soy sauce
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp corn starch+1 tsp water
