Heat vegetable oil in a wok , add garlic, ginger, stir then add sesame oil. Add chicken wings, chicken peppery seasoning, Chinese five spice, chicken seasoning, salt, stir then add rice wine and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey and worcestershire sauce and pour on the chicken. Stir and let simmer down for 5 minutes until sticky Take off heat, sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds and spring onion. Sesame honey glazed chicken wings ready to serve.
